MEXTRAM Group releases MEXTRAM model in the form of a Verilog-A(MS) Source Code. The source code of a latest stable release, version 504.6.1, is fully LRM 2.2 compliant.
Verilog-A Language Reference Manual 2.2 is published in 2004 by Accellera, and it is used and supported by today's top simulators.
Source Code is compiled, tested and verified using Synopsys® HSPICE®, which is CMC recommended tool for Quality Assurance.

In the further MEXTRAM Group has planes to stay compliant to the newest versions Verilog-A LRM.
Previous releases are not supported any more by MEXTRAM Group.
